Only what you send us with the demo request form: your name, your firm, your email address, your phone number if you give it, the number of clients you chose and your message.

The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own site, so no third party receives your visit. Like every web server, the hosting platform briefly keeps technical logs (such as IP address and time of the request) to keep the service secure.

To answer your demo request and plan the demo with you. The legal basis is your consent and, once we talk about using Kontara, steps you ask for before a contract (GDPR article 6(1)(a) and (b)). We do not use your details for newsletters and do not sell or share them for marketing.

The website and the form run on Microsoft Azure (Azure Static Web Apps and Azure Communication Services) in the European Union. The form is delivered as an email to our mailbox at [EMAIL PROVIDER]. These providers act on our instructions under a data processing agreement.

We keep your request for [RETENTION PERIOD] after our last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case the customer agreement applies.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [PRIVACY EMAIL]; this does not affect what was done before.

You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or to the Romanian authority (ANSPDCP).

This policy does not cover the Kontara application itself. There, the accounting firm is the controller for its clients' data and Red to Blue processes that data on the firm's behalf, under a data processing agreement. See the terms and conditions.
